PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to F.S. 102.141(2)(b), Notice is hereby given that the Taylor County Canvassing Board will convene at 9:30am on Monday, January 8, 2024, at the Taylor County Administrative Complex located at 201 E Green St, Perry, Florida 32347. This meeting of the Taylor County Canvassing Board will be an orientation meeting to discuss policies, procedures, and criteria to be used during the 2024 Election Cycle.

In accordance with The Sunshine Law of Florida, all Canvassing Board meetings are open to the public.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Florida Statute 286.0105, that there may be more than one county commissioner in attendance at the Taylor County Canvassing Board Orientation Meeting.

Note: Persons are advised that if they wish to appeal any decision made at this meeting, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.
